Wow! It’s been forever!

Hello again blog world! I’ve got a lot of recapping and catching up to do, but thought I’d start off with this beautiful country maternity shoot with good friends (and former wedding clients!) Hannah & JC.

Hannah & JC are expecting a sweet little girl, Emma, this May and I was thrilled when they asked me to shoot their maternity pictures. I knew Hannah & JC would want a country feel for their shoot and I just so happen to fall in love with this location in King William, VA the first time I saw it –when I shot their engagement pictures three years ago. The photos don’t need much more of  an explanation. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did!

JC had to leave which gave Hannah and I some great time together for some beautiful portraits. Hannah was one gorgeous bride, but she’s stunning pregnant! Don’t you think?

This owl holds a special heart in Hannah & JC’s heart. It was a gift to Hannah’s Mom, Becky. I’m sure it will hold a special meaning for Miss Emma, too ❤
